Panel Radiators with Valve:
Emtaş panel radiators are suitable for floor fed, thermostatic valve controlled installations with their plug and valve garnish types. In the orders, the condition of being plugged or valved and the direction of the hot-cold water inlet-outlet openings (left-right) must be specified. Thanks to 4 input-output special clothing, classical assembly can also be done. In types with valve clothing, the valve is mounted inside the radiator and shipped by attaching the plastic cover. Thermostatic valve adjustment head is supplied from the market, the plastic cover is mounted instead. In this way, automatic temperature control of the radiators is provided.
Perfect Packaging - Practical Assembly:
Emtaş panel radiators are packed with balloon nylon. The corners are protected with cardboard, and the hanger sheets are protected with thick plastic. Then, it is also covered with shrink nylon against dust and moisture. It can be assembled as packaged. Thus, it is not damaged during transportation and assembly, and in construction works such as plaster and paint. The materials required for wall mounting are included in the package.
Emtaş panel radiators are produced with the latest technology in a modern computer-controlled fully automatic welding line and are 100% tested. Its annual production capacity is approximately 3,000,000 mtul. Panel radiators are produced in accordance with TS EN 442 and DIN 55900 standards and their surface is cleaned with degreasing, phosphating and passivation coating, respectively. Then it is primed with a water-based dip paint system and baked. Thus, all surfaces in contact with air are primed. At the last stage, the automatic robots are painted with Epoxy polyester electrostatic powder paint method and then baked again. After these processes, the radiators become resistant to all weather conditions and corrosion. Standard colors are produced as white RAL 9016. It brings innovation to living spaces with an anti-dust smooth surface. It is easily cleaned thanks to the practical opening top grill and side covers.
